Overview

Consultancy project that upgraded ASICS’s B2B buyer’s website to adhere to its new brand while dually improving the user experience so users could easily browse, purchase, and schedule re-orders. Onboarding flows, product filtering views, and user admin homepages were all streamlined to enable merchants to more easily purchase. Key takeaways:

  • Collaborated with international directors to collect user feedback and improve the purchase flow.

I worked with the European and Australian managers to engage in user research, identify and prioritize the most critical problems to solve, and prioritize design work with their development teams.
