Overview
Upgraded ASICS’s B2B website to reflect their rebrand while also improving the user experience so clients could easily browse, purchase, and schedule re-orders. Onboarding screens, filtered views, and user account homepages were all streamlined enabling merchants to more easily make re-orders. Main takeaways:
My Contribution
Decreased numerous UX friction points, increasing Asics B2B buyer re-orders by 7-10%.
Facilitated with international managers to vet user feedback and improve purchase flow.
Unified B2B portal with overarching ASICS brand strategy.
I worked with the European and Australian region managers to engage in user research, identify and prioritize the most critical problems to solve, and helped them organize and prioritize design work with their development teams.
